- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Ordered items to be sent to Spain. Did everything required to place the order on the website and was sent one email to say the order had been received and another the following day to say it had been dispatched. After waiting 10 days contacted the company to enquire where the goods were. Was told by Paul that they had not received the additional payment for international delivery. Having never received a request for this additional payment I was not aware that I owed more. Paul very politely (not) pointed out that this extra charge was mentioned if you read the terms and conditions in the delivery description. This may be so and I may be at fault but Paul needs to take classes in customer relations. I will never use them again.by Lynne LipscombeDecember 19, 2016
